Meet Blair
In her most recent role as Senior Director of Content & Publishing for Corporate Communications at PepsiCo, Blair was responsible for building PepsiCo's first in-house content & production unit and oversaw day-to-day operations of PepsiCo's flagship social and digital channels. Leveraging her extensive career as a journalist and producer, she brought a new way of thinking to corporate storytelling, changing the way the PepsiCo story is told worldwide. She interfaced with CEOs, senior leaders & corporate partners to create content to highlight PepsiCo's work in a wide variety of areas including sustainability, community engagement, innovation, brands, financial news and acquisitions.

Prior to PepsiCo, Blair spent 12 years in media, producing television, film and digital content for NBC Sports, Bloomberg Television, ESPN and ABC News.

As Manager of Original Programming and Development at NBC Sports, Blair created and executive produced the network's first show dedicated to Formula 1. "Off the Grid" took fans behind the scenes of the world's most exclusive and exotic sports, and was filmed in 14 countries over 3 seasons.

At ESPN, she was part of the team that launched the first live morning SportsCenter in 2008, serving as the show's segment producer for the 9a-noon show. She then moved into Content Development, working on projects ranging from 30 for 30 films to Year of the Quarterback and creating U:Nite, ESPNU's first late-night sports show catered to college students.

She began her career at ABC News as a desk assistant at World News with Charles Gibson, where she was also a feature writer, penning dozens of articles for ABCNews.com in addition to overnight crash producing for Weekend Good Morning America.

Blair is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she received dual B.A.s in History and Communications from the Annenberg School for Communications, and played 4 years of Division 1 lacrosse.

Other than creating content, Blair is passionate about cooking, working out, traveling, and sharing it all on her Instagram.
